SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pensacola

I am a big fan of the Marriott hotel chain. I really appreciate this Springhill suites that I stayed in because it was clean, modern, and the staff was over the top. We checked in in the afternoon and the person on staff was super helpful, telling us about the amenities, local dining, and things to do in the area. We were here just to catch a flight the next morning, but it is nice to know that someone wanted to make sure that we had a great day. This is definitely on my list of favorite hotels.

First, the staff was really helpful and nice. Everyone there was super polite and helpful. They provided everything we needed. The breakfast was really good every day. We enjoyed not having to spend another money for food. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

I really appreciate how this hotel is managed. My flight was delayed by over 2 hours and I chatted them on the app at departure to let know I was going to be a late check in. I asked for a quiet room away from the elevator. When I arrived, Shanna was so kind and hospitable. She gave me a room a higher floor away from the elevator like I asked and gave us a great rundown of the property and amenities. The hotel is super clean. The room is nice, area is quiet, and the bed isn't terrible. I have no complaints. In fact, I'd also like to praise the evening staff gentlemen on the following night. I asked for extra makeup remover towelettes and he was polite and happy to oblige. He was training a new staff member and I could tell that he was setting a great example. The gentleman working day shift on Sunday was chipper and greeted everyone walking in and out with pleasantries. Customer service is SUCH a lost art and whoever is running the place and hiring the staff here is doing a great job. Everyone should be recognized for the great hospitality they are providing. I'll stay at this property again when I'm here. Please keep it up!

We stayed 1 night on our way to visit family for Thanksgiving. Here’s my take on the stay. Positive: Good price point. Location is excellent. It’s close to the highway when traveling, and there are restaurants nearby. Room arrangement is good. I liked that there was a walk-in shower. There were plenty of towels and they were not thin towels.It helped to have charging ports near the bed on my side and a plug on my husband’s side. If staying more than a day, the closet is a great size with and iron and ironing board. I appreciated a fridge in the room. Slightly negative: The bed skirt was not clean, which bothered me. The bed was stiff and was not comfortable for me.There was a thin mattress cover to make the bed softer, but it just didn’t do the trick. The breakfast was a bust except for the yogurt and toppings. The scrambled eggs were like rubber; the sausage wasn’t good; and the muffin with egg was horrible. Definitely wouldn’t plan to eat breakfast there again. Amazing stay with unbeatable views We had a fantastic stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pensacola Beach. The view from our room was absolutely stunning—we could see both sunrise and sunset, and it never got old. Waking up to the ocean and ending the day with those colors was easily the highlight of the trip. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, always happy to help, and the breakfast was really good with plenty of options to start the day right. Clean rooms, great vibes, and an overall relaxing experience. Would 100% stay here again when visiting Pensacola Beach.

What a great place to stay. Check in was great person at desk very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the biggest towel. Very quiet did not hear neighbors or hallway noise. Breakfast was hot and fresh with lots of items to choose from. Definitely recommend.

This hotel was great, wonderful and friendly staff, nice and clean rooms and the location was good. The only issue I had was that I placed the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and someone, I’m assuming house keeping attempted to gain entry into the room. The only reason they did not get in was because I locked the top lock, so that was unsettling.

I've stayed in this hotel before and liked it. I just got back from another stay this weekend and remember why I liked it the first time. Firstly Vance, the gentleman who greeted us at the desk was extremely professional and helpful. We were just regular people staying in a hotel but the way he treated and greeted us made us feel like we were rock stars or congressmen. High class feeling immediately when stepping in the building. We were checked in quickly, the rooms were SPOTLESS. Very modern and well maintained. Little details like a full body mirror in the closet (not really important to me but my girlfriend likes it) go a long way. Breakfast in morning was fresh & the right temperature. The breakfast bar was regularly cleaned and attended to. I interacted with 3 different staff members over my stay. Every one of them were locked in and working hard, friendly, & professional. Honestly this is why I choose Marriott. I'm rarely disappointed and this particular stay was outstanding to say the least. Will absolutely be back in this hotel next time I'm in Pensacola.
